We offer reliable, no-fuss delivery across Ballarat and surrounding areas with the added advantage of forklift access to get your order exactly where you need it.

Forklift Delivery Advantage

Thanks to our forklift-equipped deliveries, we can access and place your firewood in spots most standard deliveries can't reach. Whether it's tight driveways, backyards, sheds or tricky drop zones, well do our best to accommodate your preferred location

Delivery Areas and Pricing

• Ballarat (within 15km)- $40
• 15 to 35km from Ballarat- $120
• 35 to 50km- $330 ($800 minimum order required)
• 50 to 80km- $500 ($800 minimum order required)

Delivery is automatically calculated at checkout once you enter your address and you'll see the total cost before confirming your purchase. 

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard delivery is 1-3 business days
• Delivery days available Monday-Saturday
• Forward bookings available if you want to lock in a specific date
• You will receive a confirmation message after placing your order to confirm delivery date and approximate time or arrange an alternative that suits. 

Important Delivery notes

• Please ensure clear access for delivery vehicles and forklift operation
• Let us know of any tight access points, slopes, or obstacles when ordering
• We'll always aim to place your order in your preferred drop location, but this depends on safety and access conditions
• Someone does not need to be home if clear instructions are provided
• orders may be delayed slightly during peak winter demand, but we'll keep you informed
