How is the firewood sold?
All our firewood is sold by the metric tonne and scale-weighed, so you know exactly what you're getting.
No guesswork! Just honest, consistent value every time.
Unlike cubic metre sales, which can vary depending on how it's stacked we keep it simple- What you pay for is what you get!
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver straight to your door within our service area. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your distance.
Where do you deliver?
We service Ballarat and surrounding areas within a set radius. If you're unsure whether we cover you, just put in your address at checkout and it'll tell you straight away.
Where will the wood be placed?
Most accessible areas
Because we use a telehandler for deliveries, we can often reach further than most including over fences or into more awkward spots.
We'll do our best to accommodate your requested drop location, as long as access is safe and clear. If it's a tricky spot, just leave a note at checkout or give us a heads-up and we'll work it out.
How long does delivery take?
We aim for fast turnaround and to fulfil customer request. Usually within 1-3 days depending on location and demand.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Not necessarily. As long as you leave clear instructions on where you want it dropped, well take care of it.
What types of firewood do you sell?
We currently stock quality, properly seasoned:
- Redgum- Long lasting burn, high heat
- Box wood- Easy to light, great all-rounder
- Sugar gum- Long lasting, high heat and burns clean
We only sell wood we'd burn ourselves- no rubbish.
Is your firewood dry and ready to burn?
Yes! All our firewood is seasoned and ready to go. That means better heat, less smoke, and no mucking around trying to get it going.
Do you sell kindling?
Not at this stage but is something we are currently looking into.
Where is your wood sourced from?
We use reliable, genuine suppliers who source box wood and red gum from NSW and Sugar gum from Vic plantations.
